General Definition
This unit is converting cellulose to fluff pulp. Cellulose is cropped into proper fiber length and width with a special rotary blade system.
Cellulose is fed to the unit with servo motors and has a double entrance. Max entrance width is ≈510 mm and it has a capacity of 600 kg/hour.
Cellulose converted to fluff pulp is given out from 3 different exits which enable 3 layer diaper forming.
There are temperature sensors on the rotor bearings and in case of on overheating machine stops automatically for safety.
