This unit corrugates shiny surface metal. Tooth depths are provided with the gear to be produced according to your request.

Tooth depth can be adjusted by changing gear heights to a certain extent.
Corrugation gears are rotated with a motor.
There is a pneumatic dancer on the unit and with the help of this dancer speed of the motor is controlled.
