Magnetic Tension Control Unit
This unit is mostly assembled after Flyer (Sputnik) Type Payoff Units. Wire/cable unloaded from flyer payoff is loosened and not suitable to fed in extrusion head. With the help of the magnetic brake on this unit, cable gains the necessary tension for extrusion. With the electronic control, the unit is adjusting brake in accordance with the line speed. In this way, unloaded material can be extruded over.
