Portal Type Pay-off

There are two standard types available:
1. Portal Type Payoff with motor (DPO Series)
2. Portal Type Payoff with brake (PO Series)

Common Features for both Series:
Both Series are using same body type. Only differences are unwinding and tension control mechanisms.
Reels are loaded between pintles.
Machines are designed as coloumn type bodies. Machines are suitable for the reel da given below charts. For other types of reels special designs and productions can be made.
Pintles are opened and closed with help motor. Reels are elevated between pintles with help of motors with reducers.
Payoff units are moving right and left on rails. By this way unloaded wire/cable is guided to the center axis of line.
Machine has a modular design to adopt easily for different production processes so can be used in a wide range of production lines.
By the help of right and left movement on the rails, units can be used together which enables lines to work without stopping with help of an accumulator when necessary (option).

Additional Features of DPO Series
Unloading function is applicable only by torque control for cables or conductors which have diameters larger than 20 mm. Torque is manually adjusted by operator. For diameters up to 20 mm main motor can run with speed mode according to the information received from the dancer or accumulator unit (these units are sold seperately).
